
OLD SCHOOL PEACH COBBLER
This is one of my most popular recipesA real OLD SCHOOL stable dessert of any occasionIt's so yummy anytime of the yearYou can use fresh ,frozen or canned peachesI prefer fresh

Ingredients
- 8 ea sliced peaches
- 11/2 cup granulated sugar
- 24 oz pineapple juice
- 6 oz butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 2 oz cornstarch(slurry)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients ( except cornstarch)in pot and bring to a boilAdd cornstarch and let thickenSimmer for 5 minutesRemove from stove and pour in baking dish with pie shellTop with pie shellSprinkle with cinnamon and sugarCook in 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes or until golden brownENJOY!!!
